Sarp PASTEURIZING and COOLING system are the best for your production line. The pasteurizing process is fundamental to ensuring a high-quality product, treating the product with high temperature, then holding it around 100°c. As Sarp, we design and realize pasteurizing spiral shape machinery that, thanks to their design, allow a thermal exchange, nearly 100%, between air and the product. The cooler that follows the pasteurized reduces the temperature of the product to allow you to pass it through the packaging area.
