Pasteurized Frozen Egg Liquid
Pasteurized Egg liquid frozen is prepared from chicken eggs.
Eggs are procured from own in-house poultry farm and feed with in-house poultry feed manufacturing unit. The eggs are broken in automatic breaking machine with separation and without separation process, then product is pasteurized to maintain product quality and integrity.Intended use: It can be used in applications such as cookie mixes, cake mixes, noodles, mayonnaise, custards, pastas and other food products requiring a substitute for shell eggs.
Storage Conditions:
Frozen product should be stored at -18’C . Products for thawing should be stored under refrigeration at 1-4ºC (33-40ºF), with a minimum of 2 days required for thawing. Use thawed product within 7 days of opening. Extended storage outside the conditions specified above may impact product quality and functionality
