Our Automatic Paneer production lines offer reduced handling and improved yield due to reduced human involvement and more standardized production. They have developed a range of Automatic and Semi-Automatic lines, which can process 400-900kg/h with the semi-automatic line and 1000-2000kg/h of milk with fully automatic lines. The production lines utilize closed type Paneer vats for consistent product output in every batch. Additionally, the production line utilizes plastic molds, eliminating the need for cheesecloths and thereby removing the primary source of contamination found in similar processes.
