Non-GMO Soya Lecithin
Deesan's Non-GMO Soya Lecithin Soya Lecithin is brownish coloured viscous liquid which is obtained while refining of soya oil at water degumming stage. The gums are heated under vacuum to remove the moisture. The Lecithin is a mixture phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositol. Lecithin has emulsifying properties means it holds oil and water (or two similar liquids) stay mixed together. Applications: 1. Chocolates & Confectionery manufacturing. 2. Promote dispersibility of Beverage Mixes. 3. Anti-caking Agent for Breads and Cookies. 4. Stabilizer for Sauces, Frostings and Butters.
