MUSTARD FLOUR
Our mustard flour is produced by the successive grinding and sifting of mustard seeds in order to remove the bran and produce a fine powder comprising of the kernel of the seed. Milled from the yellow mustard seeds (Sinapis Alba), Oriental mustard seeds (Brassica Juncea) or Brown nustard seeds (Brassica Nigra) , our mustard flour contains all of their highly valued natural components. We also offer yellow and oriental mustard flour blends.
