MUSTARD BRAN
Our mustard bran, a natural by-product derived from the outer husk of the mustard seeds, is skilfully separated during our flour and powder milling. The bran is offered either as raw, coarse flakes or milled down to a delicate fine powder. Bran is a versatile product and acts as a natural thickener, stabiliser and emulsifier: it has an excellent water and fat binding properties. Application: various culinary uses, including sauces and soup mixes.
