This group includes chocolate melting and tempering units, chocolate molding machines, as well as enrobing machines and cooling tunnels for products coated with real chocolate. The melting process takes place in tanks with various capacities or in machines such as a tempering device that automatically control chocolate temperature and pump once it's ready to other devices for further processing. One of such machines is CHOCO MAX - an automatic machine for the production of filled chocolates / pralines. This machine allows for the complete production of chocolates with filling inside. The shapes and patterns of chocolates depend on the type of forms used. Forming process is very precise and gives the pralines an repeatable shape and look. The machine can also be used to precisely deposit chocolate filling into molds, and it can dispense chocolate directly into the trays in both round and oblong forms. The chocolate coating machine is a device that combines two machines - tempering device and enrober. Thanks to this configuration, you do not need to temper the chocolate separately in another device and the coated cookies, bars, fruit - have a shine and a crispy shell that will satisfy demanding gourmets. A cooling tunnel is the last necessary line element where melted chocolate is gradually cooled down to required temperature.
