The low speed ball mill is the best technology for quality productions, keeping final fineness under 18-20 microns, tight particle size distribution and appropriate flow properties for the chocolate, temperature under control. We propose different sizes of mill, depending on the required productivity from 10 to 300 kg/h. The machine is all double jacketed, it includes a blower for the extraction of acidity and humidity during refining, and a hot air blower for the inlet of hot air to allow a preliminary step of conching. The machine is equipped with an unclogging system and a magnetic filter inline.
