The silos loading system of the series VERTI-L and VERTI-I can be realized in two different ways: 1) By means of sorting systems with bucket elevators or conveyors of the series ALFA or BETA provided with multiple discharges. This system ensures a high hygiene of the transport as the upper part of the elevator is completely covered. For the sorting of the product in the loading zone, conveyor belts and vibrating channels are jointly used in order to optimize the feeding in order to maximize the loading capacity of the buckets. 2) By means of fixed or motorized conveyor belts, of the series ETA or OMEGA. Depending on the type of system, the loading system can be combined with belt feeding above the silos, by means of bucket elevators or conveyors. Or, reaching the unloading station on silos occurs through motorized belts with laser positioning. In this case the coverage of the belts in the top area turns out to be more difficult. At the discharge of the product from the machinery used for silo loading, suitable transfer hoppers are provided, equipped with capacitive clogging probes. The descent of the product inside the silos is ensured by continuous spiral lowerators, made of stainless steel, suitably shaped to ensure high product carrying capacities. Based on the characteristics of the product, different types of spiral lowerators are available, with different widths and pitches.
