LIQUID FILLING MACHINE The machine is constructed entirely of Stainless Steel 304, with all product-contract surfaces made of the same material. It features polished and treated weld, a tank for filling materials, and piston cylinders controlled by a servo motor for precise movement. The filling nozzles, mounted on an adjustable stand, align with package measurements, and photocells ensure accurate product placement under the nozzles. The machine includes limiters with pneumatic cylinders for product entry and exit. A “no-products, no packaging” protection system, and a pneumatic circuit that lowers the nozzles to complete the filling process.
