The licorice production line is a sophisticated system consisting of five key sections: Dough Preparation, Cooking & Extruding, Cooling, Cutting, and Packaging. Each section is integrated into a fully automated process that minimizes manual labor and maximizes production efficiency. In the Dough Preparation section, the recipe is precisely formulated and mixed using interconnected Recycling, Buffer, and Recipe tanks. This ensures the dough is prepared according to the specific recipe requirements. Once the dough is ready, it moves to the Cooking & Extruding section, where it is subjected to high temperatures in the Extruder. Here, the dough is shaped through molds to create various forms such as belts, ropes, and other shapes on the cooling conveyor. The dough then travels through multiple decks of Cooling Tunnels, which effectively lower the product’s temperature to the desired level. Following cooling, the product is coated with sugar crystals in the Sugar Sanding machine, which enhances its flavor and appearance. Afterward, the licorice is cut into specified lengths by the Cutting machine, ensuring uniformity and consistency. The final step is the Packaging section, where the cut licorice is packed into the desired packages. This automated process streamlines the production flow, ensuring a seamless transition from one stage to the next. By reducing manual handling and optimizing each phase of production, the licorice production line delivers high-quality products efficiently and effectively.
