LEOPARD Divider inserting machines are used to insert dividers into cardboard boxes. The dividers can be inserted before or after having placed the product, which can be of any type (bottles, cans, etc.), in the box.It’s a robotic solution that uses a SCARA robot, which has a pick-up head comprising suction cups moved by an articulated system of rods and handles.The lightness of the head makes it possible to reach very high speeds (up to 40 cpm) despite maintaining a high degree of precision and strength. The most important characteristic of this machine is that separator insertion takes place with continuous tracking, meaning without stopping the box, so that they arrive at very high speeds.
