KMC EmulsiForm



Our EmulsiForm range is developed for use in emulsified applications such as mayonnaise, dressings, non-dairy creamers, soups, and sauces.
With EmulsiForm you can replace ingredients of animal origin like egg or milk and is ideal to obtain a cost-effective solution. Combined with our cold-water swelling starch, the KMC ColdSwell range, you can also reduce the fat content in your products.
Both ingredients are easy to implement with a long shelf-life and can be stored at ambient temperatures.
