Ishida Airscan: High speed in-line leak detection for MAP packs
Key benefits:
Superb detection accuracy at high speed:
· Uses laser technology to identify leaks of CO2 in MAP packs, detecting holes as small as 0.5mm at speeds of up to 160 packs per minute.
· Fast, reliable and non-destructive leak detection allowing production issues to be identified before the product reaches the customer, thus reducing food and packaging waste.
· Provides a 360-degree analysis for a variety of pack formats using top, side and underside sensors.
Connectivity:
· Pre-configured for Smart Factories: Ishida Sentinel Reporting Pack, included free of charge, provides real-time data on performance diagnostics, impacting on machine performance and enabling preventative maintenance to be carried out.
Robust reject system:
· Available with heavy-duty arm reject for decisive and consistent rejection of out-of-spec MAP packs, which are size and weight-specific pack formats.
