iPack - sachet packaging machine (full Line)
Full Packaging Line made of the followings: 4 side sealing Packaging Machine, pick-and-place unit, stacking unit and semi-automatic cartoning machine. This solution can be used with different products and industry. The machine packs cases containing a set number of sachets that have already been counted and inserted into the carton. The system works with single and twin-pack sachets. Using different batching systems, the MF full line can pack any kind of product: granular, powder, liquids, and pasty items. Thanks to its drive-controlled unit by brushless motors and a touch-screen the line it is fully synchronized and ensures consistently high efficiency. Reliable and easy to use, it does not require too much maintenance or qualified personnel. MF proposes to install the remote support system to assure a remote control of the efficiency of the line. The nice compact design makes it very easy to clean and to do maintenance.
