So can effectively reduce the mold surface corrosion and small injuries, and ensure the mold efficiency.   Main Parts   -All main parts of the mold are made of high-strength S136 steel imported from Sweden. The hardness of the part after processing is up to HRC52 degrees to ensure the service life of the mold.   -The cavity waterway adopts a spiral independent structure to ensure a fast molding cycle.   -Improved part processing process, the whole taper and its plane are processed by precision grinding machine, the parts have a longer service life.   Hot Runner   -The design of each set of hot runners should be analyzed by professional software to get the best thermal balance layout.   -According to different applications, we will provide better injection shear force, reduce the pressure drop to get a better molding cycle.   -More uniform temperature of the hot runners, the temperature difference between the melt channel is ≤3℃, the molding consistency of the product is good.   Main Parts of Hot Runner   -Electrical components and key parts of hot channels are imported from Germany or Canada.
