Quick Coat

Moreover, it improves the adhesion between the product’s center and shell to prevent chipping and damages to the surface. Quick Coat forms a barrier to prevent oil, acid, or water migration and increases the stability against heat and mechanical stress. Also available as a sugar-free version.

Quick Shell37 is a coating agent that forms stable coating shells within no time. It smoothens the center surface and creates a barrier against the migration of fat, acid, or humidity. Quick Shell37 provides for a quick weight increase of the coated good and can thus considerably accelerate the hard coating process, leaving a crisp shell.
