MFTC Gums Guar Gum powder is a naturally occurring polysaccharide derived from the endosperm of the guar bean (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba). No additives are used in the manufacturing process.   Properties:   1. Appearance: White or off-white powder 2. Solubility: Soluble in water, forming a viscous solution 3.
