Greek yogurt production lines
Agathangelou provides a unique, low-cost manual solution, for producing Greek yogurt with milk powder, using an overnight process. Its Greek Yogurt production lines consist of minimal, or zero automation level where the operators are controlling the production and do most of the handling; the manual handling allows to produce a variety of additional products by adding equipment and/or production steps. These lines are recommended for artisan or small to medium production capacities. The estimated capacities are 2500 kg yogurt/hour or 2,5-25 tons milk/shift. Agathangelou’s solutions can produce these products: Greek yogurt, set yogurt, strained yogurt, Labneh, Ayran/ Shanineh, stirred yogurt, fruit yogurt, kefir, and flavored yogurt.
