Gentle underwater cutting retains the natural potato texture. - Blanching: Fries are blanched using steam or hot water to gelatinize starch, retain color and partially cook. - Frying: Patented frying technology allows uniform frying with lower oil absorption and a higher production capacity of up to 10 tons/hour. - Freezing: Automatic vibratory freezer uniformly freezes fried fries through gentle agitation. Fast freezing preserves fry texture and freshness. - Packaging: Weighing, packing, and cartoning equipment available for retail packaging.
