Easy-snap PP cups and a combination of mono-material packaging can be now a reality, offering a completely recyclable packaging. Also, the superior heat resistance of PP material is without doubt an asset on packaging applications requiring high filling temperature or retort process. The superior transparency of PET material makes it an optimal choice for applications requiring premium product visibility (for example yogurt with jam packaging). Moreover, PET material is way less premeable to oxygen than PS, preserving food quality.Simple to use, accurate and reliable in its operation, this new FFS machine is designed with attention to detail aiming to low maintenance. That’s how we’ve managed to excel in our challenging field for the last 40 years.Technical Specifications: Production capacity: 7,200 - 9,000 cups per hour (depending on the packaging material) Size of cups: 125g Cutting format: 4-cup multipacks Packaging material: PP or PET Hygiene level: Ultra-Clean (class IV according to VDMA standards) Filling station: Servomotor driven volumetric filler with dosing range from 50 to 150 ml appropriate for any liquid and semi-viscous food products.
