The plungers  acquire hardness, resistance to wear and to chemical aggression enormously superior than the plungers covered only with chrome).    Overpressure valve of spring type installed on the compression head and of easy reconditioning.   Pressure gauge of analogue type, complete with sanitary membrane separator.   Drive frame manufactured  in cast iron, containing the crankshaft supported by 4 roll-bearings  with rods installed on bronze-bearings.   Structure consisting of a tick square-section pipe frame in carbonated steel, powder painting (“plasticization”),  provided with dismounted panels in stainless steel AISI 304 with satin finish.   Motorization executed through mechanical reduction with V-pulleys and external gear reduction unit of leading Company.   Lubricating plant of pressurized type consisting of a gear-pump with safety pressure switch.    Oil-pneumatic plant for the control of compressed air inlet functions and of homogenizing pressure’s cylinder  Adjustment of the flow of cooling water by a flow meter positioned on the front panel of the homogenizer.   Water and compressed air  available for service operations of the compression block by suitable pneumatic and hydraulic lances positioned on the front panel of the machine    Control panel with selector/regulator of homogenizing pressure, start-stop buttons and warning lights.
