Compression block made up of  a single forged piece of  stainless steel duplex F51 (equivalent SAF 2205) of special type, solubilized, certified and checked with ultrasounds.   Suction and delivery valves suitable to the treated product.   Seats for  valves interchangeable realised in special material. Plungers (n. 2 OR 3 ACCORDING TO THE MODEL)  made in stainless steel  and with special “DLC-PVD” plating [stainless steel + plating with chrome + DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) via PVD (Plasma Vapour Deposition)]. The plungers acquire hardness, resistance to wear and to chemical aggression enormously superior than the plungers covered only with chrome.     Overpressure valve of spring type installed on the compression head and of easy reconditioning.   Pressure gauge of analogue type, complete with sanitary membrane separator.   Structure formed by a square section frame in stainless steel, provided of dismounted panels in stainless steel AISI 304 with satin finish. Cast iron drive frame containing all organs for transmission of motion.   Motorization effected by mechanical reduction with pulleys and external gear reduction unit of leading Company.   Lubricating plant of oil splash type. The mechanical organs are in oil-bath and their lubrication is obtained during the homogenizer’s running.   Oil-pneumatic plant for the control of compressed air inlet functions and of homogenizing pressure’s cylinder.   Hydraulic plant for the control of the water used for cooling of plungers driven by a flow-meter with warning light; on/off of the circuit is automatically activated at start/stop of the machine.   Adjustment of the flow of cooling water by a flow meter positioned on the front panel of the homogenizer.   Water and compressed air  available for service operations of the compression block by suitable pneumatic and hydraulic lances positioned on the front panel of the machine
