FBF Italia laboratory homogenizers feature an innovative configuration, equipped with two pumping pistons. Thanks to this unique functionality, the homogenising heads more stably process test product samples. This leads to a high level of data reliability, ensuring much more dependable results compared to using machines with a single piston. Such characteristics enable the transfer of optimised homogenisation conditions from laboratory research to industrial production. The Homolab 2.20 and Homolab 2.50 homogenizers are laboratory machines that boast easy installation (they do not require piston cooling water) and straightforward usage (manual adjustment of homogenisation pressures via handwheels). Choosing to equip them with two pumping pistons is fundamental for us to provide reliable results. The machine comes complete with a double homogenization stage and a pressurised hopper (available in 0.8 or 1.6 litres); the only optional accessory is the hopper with a cavity for passing hot water (to be supplied).
