Empro® E 86
Empro® E 86 is a range of pea protein isolates for plant-based foods. The base product Empro® E 86 can be used for protein enrichment in for example snacks but also in egg-free bakery glazing. Empro® E 86 HV and Empro®E 86 LS (low sodium version) are developed for the production of texturized proteins for meat analogues. Empro®E 86 F 30 is a very fine and highly soluble pea protein isolate suitable for dairy alternatives such as drinks and ice cream.
