Used for dehydration (drying) and/or reduction (minimization) of total micro organism load (i.e. 40 mins @60°C processing reduces 90% of micro organism load in raisins for enabling to offer longer shelf life) of sundried but relatively wet products (i.e. raisins, apricots, tomatoes, prunes, etc.) or various fruits, vegetables and nuts (diced peppers, onions,carrots, leeks ,cut potatoes,tomatoes, pineapples, peaches, hazelnuts, etc.) at preset time and tempreature .
