ACCURATE CONSTANT EFFECTIVE GENTLE DF series peelers are used to effectively remove the thin layer that comes off the surface of the product after roasting.They are usually installed downstream the roasters and are continuously fed with the product coming out of these plants.The single peeling unit consists of a rotating brush inside a steel cylinder, which performs an extremely gentle action to keep the surface of the product perfectly intact.The rotation of the brush creates an even friction against the moving product and allows loose skin to come off. This is removed by suction via designated nozzles located in suitable areas. The air that is sucked in is sent to a cyclone separator that removes the skin and allows to reintroduce it into the surrounding environment without any pollutants.The brushes, specially designed for the specific application, can be quickly removed by hand without using any tools. This means they are easier to replace in if using very different formats and makes it easy to clean the machine.
