Customer Service is one of the main pillars of E80 Group. It ensures the best levels of innovation, reliability and reduction of error margins for complete factory efficiency. The 200 people in the department are entirely dedicated to managing anche listening to customers. We offer a vast array of after-sales services aimed at: protecting the added value guaranteed by the implemented systems and solutions over time; meeting the demands that may arise during the lifecycle of the system, such as new market situations and/or different production requirements. Supporting the growth of company business; ensuring assistance through three entry points: Help Desk, Spare Parts Department and a dedicated Area Manager.
