CT FLEX Delta Robots



The CT Flex is a delta robot, i.e. a parallel kinematic machine based on parallelograms which leave to the end-effector freedom to move in the three direction of space.
Therefore, once a gripper is attached to its end-effector, the robot can perform the picking and placing everywhere inside its workarea and also tracking objects while they are moving on conveyors. It has three actuated aluminum levers, rotating respect to the fixed platform attached to the machine frame.
Mounted on the rotating end of each lever there is one of such parallelograms, made by two carbon-fiber rods, all connected at the other end to the moving platform and then to the end-effector.
Respect to commercial applications, CT Flex robot is designed to carry an heavier payload and to better fulfill the specific needs of the machine in our portfolio.Main Features:
