Corn Starch
Also known as maize starch or corn flour, is a fine, white powder made from the endosperm of corn kernels, a popular ingredient in both cooking and baking, often used as a thickening agent for sauces, gravies, and soups. Corn starch is a carbohydrate-rich ingredient, containing mostly starch and very little protein, fat or fiber, not a significant source of vitamins or mineral. It is naturally gluten-free and can be a suitable option for people with celiac diabetic.
