Seven Castle Cooking Mixer comes with various capacity, from the smallest 12 liter to the largest 300 liter. Our displayed model is SC-410C an automatic multi-function Gas Cooking Mixers. This is  medium size of Gas Cooking Mixer and can cook around 50-~60kgs per batch. The mixing arm can be lifted and the bowl can be tilted to 90° so that the food in the bowl can come out very easy. The variable mixing speeds can meet different kinds of cooking processes and make work more efficient. In addition, the mixing scrapers touch the bowl thoroughly avoids burning and make food pretty and tasty.
