Cooking and emulsifying tank system
Top coaxial double stirring (outer ring 120° scraper double stirring, mule belt lifting device, inner ring stepped stirring)
Bottom emulsifying shearing stirring (rotational speed 1450/2900 rpm, with guide impeller).
The volume of the tank can be customized (500-3000L).
Negative pressure feeding at the bottom.
Multi-layer heat and cold exchange.
Jacket form can be selected (Muller plate, semi-coil pipe, full jacket).
Positive pressure to assist in heating.
Positive pressure to assist in discharging.
Direct steam injection heating.
Vacuum degassing.
Vacuum concentration.
