Steam cooker and stretching has been designed and constructed for the production of drawn-curd cheese by means of steam melting, using fresh and frozen curd and various foodstuff ingredients. Suitable for any product production even low or higher moisture; as mozzarella, kasar, kashkaval, pizza cheese, string cheese, provolone, loaf mozzarella, and similar products. Capacity from 5 kg/batch up to 500 kg/batch. Machine designed to be assembled with moulding machine and to be integrated in a processing line. Under customer request several options can be assembled: weighing cells, full automatic control of the processing, software for recipes, etc
