ConfecECO for chocolate or jelly manufacturing
The ConfecECO was designed particularly for growing businesses and artisans which would like to increase their productivity while trusting in the well-known WDS quality.
Pralines, bars, tablets – solid, filled, with or without ingredients – can be produced up to a capacity of 600 kg/h, depending on product weight and size.
Solid and filled products made of gum and jelly – with and without additives – can be produced up to a capacity of approx. 100,000 pieces/hour, depending on product weight and size.
The line concept comprises 3 possible stages of extension: starting with the automated mass depositing, followed by an automated cooling process, up to a complete manufacturing plant with product demoulding unit. The modular design of the ConfecECO allows for later upgrades of the line to a higher stage of automation or extension.
