A syrup room is the key element of any process line. Every Prismatech syrup room is unique, as it is always custom-designed specifically for the product to be processed: • Fruit juices • Carbonated drinks • Flat drinks • Iced tea • Energy drinks • Flavoured water • Liqueurs • Alcopops / Alcoholic drinks • Syrups or toppings • Sauces and condiments Whilst the configurations of Prismatech syrup rooms are always personalised, several machines are common to all. Generally, syrup rooms consist of: • Sugar dissolver (continuous dissolver or batch dissolver) • Plate pasteuriser for sugar • Preparation tanks • Automatic or manual distribution matrix • Pasteuriser for juice (plate or tubular pasteuriser) • Premix for soft drinks • CIP “Clean-In-Place” system
