COIMIX® MACHINES (SSHE - SCRAPED SURFACE HEAT EXCHANGER)
The Coimix® compact machine is perfect for cooling and softening vegetable and animal fats and different types of emulsions to obtain: Margarine (Table, Puff Pastry or Low Fat Spreads), Shortening, Ghee, Anhydrous butter, Lard, Tallow, CBS, etc. The Coimix® has been designed for the crystallization (SSHE - Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger), the plasticisation (Pin Rotor) and homogenization (Back Pressure/Mixing Valve) of food products. The Coimix® is a self-contained machine as it incorporates the cooling system composed by one condenser and one compressor for each cylinder of crystallization. Refrigerating gas: Freon (R448A or R449A or R452A, etc.) or with cooling media running with C02. Capacity up to 20 ton/h with pressures up to 120 bar
