A natural vegetable fat extracted from cocoa beans, light yellow to ivory in color, with a smooth texture and distinctive cocoa aroma. It has a melting point of about 30–35°C, solid at room temperature but melts quickly when heated. Widely used in chocolate, bakery, confectionery, and ice cream, as well as in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Known for its high stability, smooth mouthfeel, and ability to provide excellent gloss and melting properties.
