CLEANBELT®
Advantages
The system operates continuously and is nearly maintenance-free, requiring only regular cleaning with compressed air or jet water. Manual cleaning of the baking oven belt is minimized or eliminated, reducing maintenance intervals. It improves the oven’s heat management, leading to reduced heating costs and energy consumption. The system extends the operational life of the belt, eliminating the need for frequent belt changes due to dirt. It is suitable for multiple belt life cycles and is easy to install, with no electrical components involved. The investment pays off quickly.
Mode of Operation
The CLEANBELT® cylinder features individually mounted sprocket discs and intermediate distance rings, tailored to the mesh structure of each belt. These discs fit precisely into the mesh openings, breaking up dirt stuck to the belt’s surface or within the meshes. The existing brush system then removes the loosened dirt. The system is nearly maintenance-free and can be cleaned with compressed air or jet water if necessary. It is self-driven, with the sprocket discs following the mesh rows of the running belt. No electrical installation is required.
For free-running and unguided belts, slight tracking movements occur. The CLEANBELT® system is supported on a stand-alone frame structure, allowing it to follow the belt’s movements independently. Field experience shows significant potential for improvement in many brush systems. We offer assistance to achieve optimal cleaning results in combination with CLEANBELT®.
Build-in Situation
The CLEANBELT® system should be arranged with existing brushes as per the provided sketch. No rollers should be placed between CLEANBELT® and brushes to prevent dirt from being pressed back into the belt meshes. For optimal cleaning, use a self-running coarse brush from above and a motorized fine brush from below, running in the opposite direction.
