Clean label of Starch (Native Rice Starch& Modified Rice Starch and AT14). Modified starches ( E 1420,E1422,E1414). Clean label -whitening agent confectionery coatings. -the granule size is comparable to that of fat globules used as a natural fat replacer and mimics a full, creamy mouth feel. -Dissolves at low temperatures creating a gel-like structure. -used for frozen meals and refrigerated dressings to bakery fillings and challenging applications like dairy desserts.
