Fully automatic discontinuous machine for the extrusion and packaging of margarine, butter and other edible fats. The system comprises a volumetric dosing system which permits the adjustment of the block’ size to be extruded; it is connected to a resting tube, that allows chilled, worked product to “set up” and have sufficient body for packing consistency. At the end of it there is a cutting and packaging station. The machine is able to process blocks up to 25 kg, with a productivity of 4,5 t/h. The machine is extremely reliable and precise. The intervention of the operator is required only for the reel change operation.
