Cheese vats and drainage systems
Cheese vats and automatic drainage systemes designed to produce different kinds of pasta filata cheese and semi-hard cheese.
The cheese vat is totally heated through steam circulation into the Trapcold, in order to ensure an high yield and maintaining of the milk temperature. To avoid heat losses, the machine is equipped with an isolated double chamber.
The automatic drainage system is suitable to collect the curd in output from the cheese vats and proceed io its drainage and maturation in according to the production needs.
