CHEESE SLICING AND PACKING LINE
The ERMA LPF 100F fixed weight line is designed for cutting Emmental cheese into fixed weight portions with X-ray scanning system. Guillotine for cutting wheels into bars. Transfer of the off-cuts (wheel and loins starters/heels, non-compliant portions) to a single discharge point. Jigging of one or both sides of the lanyard by integrating an edger. Integration of a portion storage unit and automatic loading of the wrapping machine. Double head option for increased output.
