Natural cellulose from trees and cotton linters (cotton by-products) are used as main raw materials of Ocean Health cellulose casings .This is an ideal green and environmental protection packing material for sausage foods. It is also known as “Peeled Casings” because these casings need to be removed before eating sausages. Cellulose sausage casings are used to make hot dogs, frankfurters, and sausages, at temperatures under 125℃, and are the most economical overall process technology. To meet customer needs, stained casings in various colors have been developed. This kind of product is represented by the fumigation color, especially applicable to products without peeling and fumigation. The stained casing has advantages in increasing the identification of casings and helping find possible fragments and residues.
