CBS Horizontal Slicing Machines - CBS1 (one track), CBS2 (two tracks), CBS3 (three tracks) - slicing sets customized, from one blade up to 5 blades (6 slices) - min. slice thickness 4mm - each track is independent with its own slicing configuration - slicing to slices or butterfly cut / cordon bleu cut - stainless steel construction, stainless steel drum motors and gear motor, high quality components - production rate: > 55 fillets per minute per track (e.g. CBS3 > 165 fillets per minute)
