Prismatech Carbonation systems are specifically designed for the production of sparkling water as well as CSDs – carbonated soft drinks – wine or any other fizzy low alcoholic beverage such as kvass or cider. This machine is only suitable for the carbonation of RTD beverage, whilst the Premix is more indicated for the preparation, mixing and carbonation of beverage from scratch. The deaeration section and the high precision CO2 dosing- and stabilisation systems of Prismatech Carbonator ensure a high-quality product with a long-lasting carbonation, otherwise the product will not be carbonated correctly and will reject the CO2. Prismatech provides both automatic and semi-automatic carbonators which are offered in either AISI 316L or AISI 304 stainless steel in contact with the product.
