BERTSCH yoke press
The curd is flushed in via a filling trolley or tangentially via a curd distributor with dosing pieces directly into the cheese moulds. Particularly structured plastic cheese moulds keep the cheeses warm and ensure a good acidification process as well as a clean removal of whey from the cheeses without cheese mats. All parts required for the yoke press are stored on equipment trolleys to save space.The yoke press is customizable from automatic to manual handling.
