BERTSCH multi press
The multi press is a universal batch press system for semi-hard, hard and semi-hard cheeses. The cheese curd is flushed directly into the individual moulds via an automatic filling carriage or by tangential flushing of the cheese curd via a curd distributor with dosing pieces. Lid handling is no longer necessary, as the lids can be attached to the pressing unit.
If necessary, the cheeses are turned by hand. The integrated lifting floor enables ergonomic removal of the cheeses when the press is emptied. The entire interior of the press, including the filling unit, lifting floor, moulds and lids, can be cleaned in a single operation via the CIP stations.
