BENCH SPIRAL MIXERS
Highly professional Spiral Mixer – fixed bowl, with high performance and powerfull.Our mixers are ideal for quickly working dough for bread and pizza, allowing excellent oxygenation.The mechanical transmissions and motors are sized to be able to work even the most resistant mixtures. Machine equipped with speed variator and timer to time processing times. All the parts in direct contact with the dough are made of stainless steel to comply with all applicable regulations as well as those concerning safety for the operator.
Machine is equipped with bowl protection in according to European standard CE + UNI EN 453.
The Conti mixer has been designed also for high hydration doughs: with transmission and characteristics suitable for doughs up to 80-90% hydration.
