Arctos 20 / 25 /30 fondants were designed to cater to the needs of bakery and confectionary clients. They are characterized by a white colour and a typical sweet aroma. They work particularly well with production of shiny glazings, creamy fillings and for decorating delicate confectionary. They can be mixed with colorants, aromas and fruit concentrates.
