Agar Oligosaccharides
AGAR oligosaccharides is derived from the extraction of marine red algae, which belongs to soluble dietary fifiber, no odor, no heat, and its gel strength, viscosity and dissolution temperature are lower than common agar. Its molecules are short chain small molecules with β-D-galactose residues and 3, 6-endoether-l-galactose residues connected alternately by 1,3 glycoside
bonds, and the degree of polymerization is much lower than that of ordinary agar. The Agar oligosaccharides we produced not only have the basic functions of ordinary agar (thickening agent, coagulant, suspension agent, emulsififier, preservative and stabilizer), but also have various active functions, good water solubility, which is conducive to human absorption. It not only
has the general characteristics of functional oligosaccharides, but also has many physiological functions that cannot be replaced by ordinary oligosaccharides.
